The label is home to artists such as Phoebe Bridgers, Bon Iver, Major Lazer and Tig Notaro. Aside from music, sustainability is a core priority for the company. Music Declares Emergency is a global collaboration of music industry professionals responding to our climate emergency. In 2021, the volunteer-run organization launched a Canadian chapter with the help of Kim Fry, who is no stranger to the climate justice movement. Kim Fry has previously worked for Greenpeace and organized groups for climate justice rallies.
